You create what we call thematic feeds: chronological timelines organized around a theme, a person, or an important period. Inside these feeds, you add selected memories (photos, videos, texts, or audio) arranged in a clear chronological flow.

The KeepOne app regularly prompts you (weekly, monthly etc...) to save a moment. It only takes a few seconds: you pick a memory from your gallery and add it.

We strongly encourage you to lock certain feeds entirely, turning them into time capsules that you will rediscover later. The idea is to gradually build a meaningful selection of memories, rather than accumulating endlessly.

Your data is hosted by OVHcloud, a leading European cloud provider, on servers located in France, in full compliance with European regulations (GDPR). Encrypted backups are also stored regularly in Canada, on another continent, to ensure maximum data resilience in case of a major incident.

We do not analyze your content, we do not share it, and we do not use it to train AI systems. Your memories are neither monetized nor exploited. They belong exclusively to you.

You can export your data at any time as a single ZIP file, containing your photos, videos, audio, and texts in universal formats, readable without any proprietary software. Once a year, we send you a complete download link for this ZIP file, which you can store wherever you want: at home, on a hard drive, in your personal cloud, or on your phone.

Your content is hosted by OVHcloud on servers located in France. Encrypted backups are also stored regularly in Canada, on another continent, to ensure maximum resilience in the event of a major incident.

In addition, KeepOne includes a secure exit plan: if the service were to shut down, a notice period would apply and access to your data would remain guaranteed, using the same export mechanisms.

Finally, you can designate trusted contacts. In the event of prolonged inactivity on your part, the feeds you've chosen will automatically be transmitted to these people, according to the rules you've defined. That way, even if you disappear, your memories don't disappear with you.

Your memories are not stored only on your phone. Except for certain Time Flashes that you may choose to keep locally on your device, your data is backed up on our secure servers.

If your phone is lost, stolen, or replaced, you can recover access to your account using your verified email address. If the issue persists, our support team can assist you after an identity verification process.

This allows us to guarantee, even if your phone is lost, access to your memories and their delivery to the loved ones you have designated, according to the conditions you have defined.
